At Mishri Cloth Stores, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your product under the following terms:
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you receive is damaged or defective, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product that does not match your order, we will process a return or exchange.
- Size Issues: Size-related exchanges are allowed for unstitched or semi-stitched products only. Custom-stitched products are not eligible for return.
2. Conditions for Return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Sarees must have uncut blouse pieces attached.
- Lehengas, suits, and gowns should not be altered or custom-stitched.
- Products purchased under sale or clearance may not be eligible for return unless defective.
3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, email us at support@mishriclothstores.com or call [Customer Care Number] with your order details and reason for return.
- Attach clear photographs of the product highlighting the issue (e.g., damage, wrong item).
- Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label or instructions for courier service.
4. Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
5. Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative or opt for a refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-stitched or altered items.
- Accessories like blouse fabrics (when cut), tassels, or add-on embellishments.
- Items marked as "Final Sale."
7. Shipping for Returns/Exchanges:
- Return shipping costs will be borne by us only in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.
- For size exchanges or other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
8. Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations are not allowed as the order processing begins.
